My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello! Those are manufactured by Armstrong. American Scrape Hardwood - engineered. Oak - 5" width - color Nantucket. They are 3/4 inch thick solid nail down installation.

    In this installation, which says nail down - was a sub-floor installed over concrete, or is the foundation not concrete? I am afraid that installing a sub-floor over concrete will not feel "solid."

    This home has a basement so there isn't concrete directly underneath the first floor.
