My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is reclaimed snow fence from Wyoming. Mostly a variety of pine; mostly 30-40 years old. Sourced from Centennial Wood Products in Wyoming. It's installed as a rainscreen to assure air movement to let it dry - imperative if you want it to last, in my opinion.
