You have beautiful floors and luckily you have a few options to choose from! Modern cabinets usually trend in three different colors.. blue, gray, or white. Listing below some color options for you to look into and see what you like best. Because you have that tile inset in your kitchen whichever color you go with will compliment which is a great thing!

Blues -

Evening Dove, StiffKey Blue, Parma Gray

Grays -

Ozark Shadows, Bunny Gray

Whites -

White Dove, Chantilly Lace

Since you have a color palette of gray, white and black in your living room I would personally suggest to be a bit daring and go for the medium shade of blue (StiffKey Blue). Its complimentary and also serves as a pop of color against your white appliances.

For your bathroom I would go with gray cabinets and paint the walls in a more serene blue/gray or green/gray - for examples colors Quiet Moments or Palladian Blue. They are both beautiful, soft and timeless colors!

Well, your flooring looks in good shape, it's just a very unfortunate color. There is nothing modern about cherry wood. So I would start by seeing what could be done about the floor color. Whatever you do about the floor, it needs to follow into the kitchen ... I don't know what that patch of multi colored tiles is, but that needs to be replaced with the other existing flooring. And then in terms of cabinets, your place looks very small so I would probably do the same cabinetry in both the kitchen and the bath. I would do something light and neutral with that flooring.
