Two types of leaves on the same tree

My tree seems to be having 2 distinctly different types of leaves, has anyone seen something like this before?

    One branch below the graft and one branch above the graft. In other words, one branch from the rootstock, the other the "grafted on" supposedly desired variety.

    This is what I've seen before.
