Our studs are 16 inches apart and we need to cover 3 studs so the overall length end to end on the studs is 33.5 inches. To get center of 3 studs, holes need to be (starting at one end) 3/4 inches, 16 3/4 inches and 32 3/4. Does this require a custom rod or will the 32 inch accommodate this? At 32 inches, the end holes would be right on the edge of the rod plate.
