Just wanted to put out a quick PSA for those with Rangpur Limes that haven't yet moved theirs outside. It appears that the Rangpur is just as sensitive as lemons when it comes to sudden changes in light (probably because it is suspected to be a mandrin x lemon hybrid). I know that all citrus are prone to dropping leaves if light is drastically changed suddenly, but my Rangpur has significantly more sunburn than my Meyer this spring despite them both having been eased out into full sun on similar timetables. So, if you have one of these trees, treat it with the same kid gloves you would treat your Meyers - maybe even more gently when it comes to cool or windy conditions.
