My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Moroccan shag rug style is called "beni ourain" and its most probably vintage. They run between $3500 to $8500 for a 12x7 size depending on the thickness of pile and origin. You can search online for them as I have for my clientele. I do own one myself and can confirm they are magnificent to live with.
