My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Unicum is one my faves. I grew one well for years. Then we had a freezing front come through. I accidentally left in on the window over night. So, it froze.
For what it is worth: I've had one mounted for the last 3-4 years. It is one of the first the first orchids out in the spring and one of the last ones to come in in the fall. It grows on an east patio in fairly bright light while outside and under a bright LED during the winter months. No cool down in the winter for me, but it does get natural cool downs in spring and fall. Mine blooms at least 3 times a year using this routine. Always blooms better when outside, but I usually get a blooming in the winter under the lights also.
