Yellowing leaves with green veins is often a sign of an iron deficiency. When was the last time you fertilized?

Towards the end of winter, before the first spring flush of new growth, my lemon tree also showed some of the same signs. The leaves thinned out and began to yellow. I fertilized and with the warmer weather, I have a ton of new leaves. I'm well south of you, so slightly ahead of you weather-wise.
