That's unfortunate...allot of snow can do this on low branches with bad crutch angles...I would cut just above the left branch down on a angle, so you'll have two branches left. Is that a small branch going straight up from the left branch? If so, you could make it as your next leader, in several years it looks fine, you'll get new shoots and branches grow up. On the lower branches you still should have some flowers coming to see if it actually sets fruits. I've never had much luck with Brooks.

You probably could screw those back together carefully than prop the big side with a steak in the ground . That looks like the Cambien is still more than half way intact and this tree could still produce fruit for you this year than at end of year hack it down and regrow it like Konrad says.

You could cut down now like Konrad said and by end of the year with a good shot of fertilizer this tree will be back to form by end of summer.

Or try and see if you get fruit you'll know by June if there is .If no fruit is hanging in June cut it down

Where still has snow like this ? You must be close to the mountains or far north.

I'm north of Quebec city, zone 3b. We average just over 3m of snow per year. No grass visible yet!

Ah...I see it now better, yes, cut down to the last one, a little angle to left for good water run off, I'd spray the cut with some white latex paint or Dr. Farwell's heal & seal.
