FRA-GIL-É - shipping damage

I ordered this Hoya macrophylla online... and when it arrived it was a limp noodle, with SO many broken leaves (more than the picture shows) and vines, and the root ball was in plain potting soil that had been heavily saturated and enclosed in a foil ball for shipping. So heartbroken! I'm fairly positive that it will bounce back or at least be salvageable. Any pointers on where to start? I put it in a blend of my fast draining hoya mix (lots of sifted bark, coarse perlite, fine lava, turface, and pumice.) This morning it looks like it has perked up some.

Also! I found a Hoya sarawak from the same nursery! Luckily it was in MUCH better shape, although, it also had very limp leaves.

Cheers!
