Yeah, those are a little leggy. Are they getting direct, or indirect light from that window?

They look leggy to me. I gave up on starting my own, don't have good results. I am fortunate to live down the street from a nursery that sells many heirloom tomato varieties. I just get my Brandywine, Purple Cherokee, Mr. Stripey (gold and red), etc., from them. Good luck!
