Sorry to have been AWOL for so long. It's been a crazy year.

The Etowah County Master Gardeners ARE going to host the Spring Plant Swap, so be getting ready! We'll get word out to Master Gardener groups in this area, but please pass the word to any garden clubs, Master Gardeners, and others who might be interested. Our plant sale is scheduled for April 21 and 22 with the half price sale the next weekend. If you don't get to those, you can buy anything that's left for half price at the swap.

Last year a lot of people brought food to share or sandwiches for themselves. We never know how many people will be there, so it's hard to arrange for a restaurant, but there are plenty we can suggest to anyone who prefers to eat out. I plan to bring food to share.

Let me know if you have other ideas or suggestions. I'll do a separate post later for any newbies explaining what a plant swap is.
