I shouldn't be surprised it is the first to bloom since it also tried to bloom in the cold and dark of the unheated garage during the winter. And here is its friend, which doesn't count because I bought him only this year, even though he did arrive in freakin february so had to spend time in the garage as well.

To help guess, I can tell you both the pink rose that is blooming and its red friend share a particular distinction. I suppose I should be fair and say the pink rose is usually somewhat more double than that.
