Hamlin Orange Tree in Tampa.

Hi! I bought a Hamlin Orange tree about 8 months ago and to my surprise it has about 20 or so little growing green oranges on it. (Currently between the size of a marble and ping pong ball). Eberything Ive read says this tree woukd produce fruit harvestable in Oct/Nov. Wondering what might be going on.

We bought a small Hamlin thee this spring, and it has 9 viable oranges on it like yours. It also has some new growth with blossoms. Not sure what's going on, but I hope we get an orange this year. Do you think it's too early? Is that why you're asking? BTW I'm now in Z9b in Georgia. I edited my profile a while back, but it doesn't show up on my posts, anybody know how to fix that???

Citrus can take quite a while to ripen, it very well may take until Oct/Nov for them to get to size and color up.
