I'm in an apartment with no Windows :-(

So I use artificial lights for all my plants. I'm planing in building a orchid rack to place all my orchids once their blooms fall off. I'm looking at lights to use to grow them at that point and they'll be moved again once blooms are returning.

Anyways I was looking at the 10w version of this light

It will be approx 2 feet from the leaves and will span over a 3ft length of orchids.

Will it be strong enough? Thanks
