Leads time to order waterstone faucet is too long. It took 10 weeks for my faucet to arrive. I'm not certain if I will live to regret purchasing Waterstone kitchen faucet because there isn't that many compelling reviews in the Internet.

Ha! Yes, it is a long lead time! However, I decided to replace one sink faucet with the 5600 Watertsone I had in mind to make sure I loved it before ordering two. I have to say, I really do like my pull-down faucet, although I decided to get the two handle 8020 for the second sink. The quality difference between the Hamat I had and the Waterstone is easy to see, especially having and using both in my kitchen until the new one arrives. They sure are expensive, but I don't expect to have to need to replace any parts for them in my lifetime, much less in 8 years as I did with my Hamats.

I have not used my newly purchased 5700 Waterstone since it still needs to be installed. I have not seen any reviews on this model which is surprising to me because they've been in business since 1999. I like the aesthetics of it when I saw it in the showroom. I was told that it was good quality and I support anything made in the USA.

I typically read reviews before I purchase any products but I did not have time to research Waterstone products before I made the purchase. I hope I will not regret this hasty move. I will definitely give insights and review this product once I'm ready to provide my experience.

How do you like your Waterstone faucets?

Love both faucets, although if I had to pick one I’d pick the 5600. I got the side spray for the 2 handle faucet and although it is gorgeous it gets very hot when used with hot water And the apray isnt as strong as the spray on the pull-down faucet.
