Relatively minor vine weevil and/or caterpillar damage on the leaf edges, but no serious disease apparent in the photos. The brown spots are probably fungal, but are cosmetic rather than a threat to the plant's overall health. These can be caused by any of dozens of infections and are best ignored. The dark, brittle areas are necrotic tissue resulting from insect feeding, cold damage, etc., etc.

Thanks, if the spots start to spread should I treat it with fungicide or sulfur? I know that you say they are best left alone, but I don't want it to lose all of its leaves since it is a recent transplant.

Now that the plant will be in a different location the new leaves might not have the fungal spots. Yes, they are best left alone in your case.
