The only difference with linen rugs, is that we don't recommend using the rotating brush of you vacuum because it would only cause some damage to the fibers. We usually recommend to simply slowly sweep your rug with the floor brush attachment that doesn't have any bristle underneath. Once in a while, if the rug’s size allow, you can shake your rug outside in order to extract dirt particles and straighten carpet fibers. In doing so, your rug will return to its initial appearance.

Linen rugs are extremely durable. They will easily last a lifetime if you take a simple few precaution like these.
