Is it two panels or just one?

These DiaNoche panel curtains are pictures so you have to have both panels of course. The sizes that you give and the price, is that for both panels or just one? for example is the 40" width the total width of both panels or is that the width of just one panel, and do you get both panels for the price listed? Thanks
