My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The chrome director chairs are vintage. I found them at the Pasadena flea market. You could try searching for them online under "vintage director chair". Los Angeles would be the best place to find more of them due to the movie industry out here. Where are you based?
