Well, today is reaching over 80 degrees so I brought out about 1/2 of my sans but not in the ground. Should, would be better and temps more consistent. Easier to cover up if temps drop to mid 50's or less.

"Why?" Why not? So much more interesting than wasting more money on the same old flats of annuals I've had so many times that they bore me terribly, and most perennials are just lumps and bumps of boring plain green leaves that make a few flowers for a very short time. Yawn! Did you make the moniker just to ask this question?

Barb, that's an individual rosette of Billbergia 'Foster's Striate' that I found while potting things up last fall & it fit there, so that's where it went. On April 5, 2017 at 4:15PM, I put pics of a clump with 4 individuals blooming here: http://forums2.gardenweb.com/discussions/3847927/april-flowers-and-blooms?n=21 IDK about other critters, but armadillos, birds & squirrels don't seem to bother Sans at all.
