The sample shows a white strand... wonder if there are any pictures of this floor in a room. Also, curious if this floor is appropriate for a kitchen or bathroom as far as water resistance.

Good morning,

In terms of usage for a kitchen, you can probably be safe if you take
every precaution possible. It is not water proof so any prolonged
exposure to moisture will ruin the floor. It is for that reason I would
never put laminate in a bathroom, but rather use vinyl which is water
proof.
