Wow..Conny! I really like it too. Wish I had one Variegated like that. I ordered the once from Ko (Variegated with red flowers) but they don't show any sight of variegation.

Is it also grown from seeds?

Yes, it was grown from seed (sown on 01 July last year). It is KO_ebay65 (not supposed to be variegated):

I know I'm going to have to be very patient with this one, but if it works it will be a special one indeed.

variegateds will grow slower, because there is not as much chlorophyll to help with the photosynthesis, which is why our occasional albinos don't survive. i have often thought they might need extra/special supplements to make up for the lack of chlorophyl. what is most important is a superb root system to take in all the nutrients. looks great!
