Hello! I could use some help with a dining room rug. I have posted about my dining room before but haven't found a new dining set to work for my family so I just updated the chairs by getting slipcovers. The dining set will work for now but I need a rug because my kids are scratching my new floors. I could use an easy maintenance rug, perhaps an outdoor rug so I can just wash it. I would like to break the dark flooring by bringing in a light colored rug but also worried it will show dirt more. My dining set is 3'Wx6.5'L. I can fit in a 6'x9' rug without going over the walkway. If anyone has some ideas-- please chime in. I'm stuck on what color to bring in, I have mostly grays on walls and aqua and yellow as accent in other rooms. I need suggestions. TIA
