My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I've had this plant for about 3 years. It keeps getting better. It is an Australian orchid. It has offered 6 or 7 of these spikes starting in mid winter. This is the last one of the season. I like this plant. One drawback is the canes are around 24" so it is not too portable.
