Need Help with tomato leaves yellowing

Hello,

I'm fairly new to gardening and having problems with my tomato plants. I'm in Phoenix,AZ (9b) and growing in a raised garden bed filled with about 8 inches of compost. The plants were all doing well until recently the leaves started yellowing, drying up, curling and plants don't look healthy. I've already cut off a bunch of leaves but it seems to be spreading to the other. The plants have been in for over 2 months and have some fruit on them but not

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out the issue.

Some questions:

should I continue cutting off impacted leaves even though there are a bunch of them?

anything I could do to restore the plants?

Is this impacting the amount of tomatoes? I only have on average 3-8 per plant?
