Did you spray something on these plants before taking the photos? And can you provide a picture of the whole plant as well?

It water, I washed them off cause in a moment of frustration I throw the branch in the garbage.

It's hard to tell what that is with the leaves being wilted and washed like that. It could be environmental damage from weather, etc. Could be a mold. Could be more serious, like late blight, although that's not very likely in your location and at this time of year.

But if you're not doing so already, I would start spraying regularly with a fungicide.

There are a few different options depending on whether or not you're organic.

Daconil is a common non-organic option that is effective against a wide range of fungal diseases.

There is also copper (there are organic and non-organic versions).

Other options are neem oil and biologicals such as Serenade.

Regardless of which option(s) you choose, you should spray regularly, every 1 to 2 weeks and reapplying if there has been rain.

Be aware that most fungicides labeled for safe use on vegetables and available to the home gardener are preventative or for slowing down the progress of fungal disease. It's not going to be a spray-once-and-cure-the-problem-for-good situation. It's a tool to manage the progress of disease along with pruning off affected foliage.

Your plants look pretty good aside from the foliage you pruned off. I would spray and keep my fingers crossed that it wasn't a serious disease.

But even with totally healthy plants, many people choose to spray preventatively. Because tomatoes are so prone to many common fungal and bacterial diseases, spraying as prevention is a normal practice and not a waste of time and resources.
