My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'll let the architect speak to these particular floors but wanted to send over a link to a pre-finished hardwood we have that's a similar look/feel. Take our quick quiz to make sure the hardwood works for your climate/subfloor/lifestyle (hardwood is tricky like that!). All of our flooring is manufactured in the US & Canada and samples ship quick to your door (in the US).

    The flooring is Canadian Birch. It was installed unfinished and stained white.
