Hi. We made that fountain. It is a drilled basalt dish rock sitting on a grate that spans a small reservoir. It holds a lot of water and doesn't require much filling. By removing the pebbles in the front, it's easy to access and remove the pump and to clean the reservoir. And the water stays pretty clean of algae since sunlight is only on the water in the dish rock.

Can I ask what planting that is? It falls unusually. (Also nodding her head in agreement at the lovely landscaping)

The larger green blades are Iris siberica ('Caesar's Brother' and 'Ruffled Velvet'), and the smaller yellow blades are Acorus gramineus 'Ogon'. The sweet flag (Acorus) always grows directionally like that, and the Iris is beginning to fall over in the late summer. Irish moss is covering the ground.
