Anyone to help?

I can't really see them well enough, Mike. But they do look like one of the 'true bugs', and therefore aren't responsible for making any holes in the leaves. Whiteflies don't chew leaves either, by the way.

Thank you for the reply. A few days after posting this problem I saw the real bugs; Colorado potato beetles. I am trying to get them under control but today in the morning I saw a lizard in the garden and I was so happy to see it in there and it was working hard eating stuff. I am assuming it was eating bugs. I have seen them around a couple of times. I think they are the ones who are saving my garden from being invaded by Colorado beetles. I have seen some serious growth on my potatoes recently as well. I have lost a few though.
