My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Peony ID please

Can anyone recognize this peony from the photo below? It belong to my grandmother and we moved it to my parents yard in western PA. I live in the piedmont of NC and took a division from it three (maybe 4?) years ago. It's never bloomed for me. Pretty sure it isn't planted too deeply, so it's not other still acclimating or it isn't getting enough chill hours.
