Looks great Byron, I'm sure you'll get some offsets coming up from the soil very soon. For some reason this ag is very uncommon in the marketplace, even though it's one of the most attractive with a lot of variegation. Many others in my collection are also rare in nurseries and BB stores, which is strange since these hybrids were created for making money in the market.

I have a beautiful hybrid philodendron with large round, reddish-brown new leaves called Red Wine that I bought in a Target store decades ago, haven't seen it since. It's hard to understand why these plants disappear completely after a very short run on store shelves.

Byron, I should add that your inflorescences may set some small yellow berries that look like seeds but are not. When they turn red you can squeeze them to check for seeds, invariably they are hollow. A real seed will be quite large, a quarter inch across or more, and of course the seed will eject from the red pulp when squeezed. The 'false seed' thing is so common among all my hybrids that I usually cut off the blooms when they appear so the plant will put that energy into growth and leaf production. That said, I have gotten some seeds from my vintage Tricolor X Manila plants, hybridized in the early 1960s by Nat DeLeon. He may have named this hybrid Pink Goddess but I haven't been able to confirm yet.

I have a pink-petioled Tricolor X Manila seedling from last year which has less variegation and much more green color than normal, which is exciting. There are two forms of Tricolor X Manila, one with pink petioles and the other with russet-brown petioles, the pink can offset plants with russet, but interestingly the reverse never happens.
