Are you coming to the plant swap Saturday? People might not exactly be local to you, but you'll find lots to plant in your containers.
I think there's also a Virginia board, if I'm not mistaken.

I can't do Saturday's, we have soccer and our weekly haul to Sam's Club. But I'm free during the week if anyone else is.

Welcome! I'm in Sterling, so not too far away. I have a mix of containers and in-ground plants most years. What are you growing this year?

Several tomato and pepper varieties, an ever bearing strawberry and I just received a dwarf blueberry plant. Starting simple and easy for my first time. I am also the temporary foster gardener for some raspberry plants and an apple tree until we take them to my in laws next month.

Yummy - you're growing some of my favorite foods! I'm growing a bunch of those too, but I am jealous of your blueberries and apples!
