My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      David, what did you use to install the basalt tiles? I found some black ones I'd like to use but worried about efflorescence/residue from mortar/grout. Also did you seal the whole tile before installing and grouting, if so what sealer? TIA
