I know you said you don't want anything dark but may i suggest a dark gray for the wall behind your bed. A dark gray wall will make the yellow in the quilt stand out more and seem more vibrant in colour, than a lighter colour. The darker wall will make your room look longer and bigger as the dark colour will contrast to the other lighter walls, this deceives your eye and in turn creates an elongated effect. You may also place white frames on the dark wall above your bed, which would match the rest of your furniture, if you feel that a full dark wall is too much. A darker color also allows you to feel more relaxed and at ease than a vibrant or light colour.
