A good healthy soil will grow a strong and healthy stand of grass that will not need fungicides, so what does a good soil test tell you about that soil? Diseases are an indication that the soil needs attention.

These can be highly focused in agriculture, wheras you seem to be using a broad brush. I would correlate your purpose to the active ingredient. If you want a broad brush, 4 aspirin to a gallon of water is suprisingly fungicidal. Were I to buy those products I would want conditions in the lawn to maintain the growth of the active ingrediants. This leads to the question are these conditions already in existence
