My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Rooted Suriganoensis cutting!

I received this cutting as an extra from a seller I'm very impressed with. (Don't know if I can mention the name here). Potted it and used a baggie for the first few weeks. Here it is today, rooted and doing well! I took the baggie off at about 4 weeks, and it's doing well even with my very dry climate. It's only the third hoya I've rooted, so I'm buzzing! Love this little plant.
