My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Quietness and Candice

These two are just so gorgeous this morning I had to take time away from digging to share them. lol

I know I was cranky about Heirloom Roses on another thread, but Quietness is one I got from there this year. It's doing so well and shot up a big strong cane right away with another right behind it. This rose is just so lovely. I'm glad I was inspired to get it because of others here on the forum who have spoken so highly of it.



Candice is from Ludwig's that I picked up when I was in Phoenix last spring. The really bushy thing on the right is a peony, but all of those blooms are Candice. Really nice, healthy plant. Super bushy. Oh, and not frying in the heat!





I'm really enjoying Candice. I think of her as my Forest Gump rose. She's like a box of chocolates, "You nevah know what you're gonna git." lol Love the subtle stripey going on and love it when she's more yellow, too.

And, here they are together. Just lovely.
