Champion Homes quality

We just purchased a Champion double for retirement and love it. It is 1493 square ft with 2 bedrooms and baths. It was a 2013 model home placed over a concrete slab. Central everything with front porch & 10 by 20 trex deck. We absolutely love it! Any issues with Champion?

You can insert any brand in place of Champion and you'll have somebody tell you horror stories about it and tell you you made a mistake.

The main question should be are you having any problems? 90% of the problems aren't the manufacturer, it's the dealer and set up crew. And it's a 2013 and it looks just fine, I wouldn't worry about it and enjoy your retirement.

I am not to the point of a horror story yet, but our new modular from a division of that company has been a major disappointment and the items we are having issues with are a mix between builder issues and manufacturer issues. Hopefully the major issues were addressed when it was new.
