Gorgeous!

All are beautiful but my favorites have got to be Bowl of Beauty, Judge Snook, and Etched Salmon with the purple alliums. ES color is so nicely complemented by the alliums. But I can see why you put Bowl of Beauty first. Yours have the biggest and fullest centers that I have ever seen. They also probably smell very nice.

I've never seen non-catalogue pictures of Judge Snook before - it is gorgeous - catalogue pictures do not do it justice. Looks so full, you couldn't fit one more petal in a bloom. How do the blooms hold up on the plant? Do you have to cage it/strong stems?

Judge Snook looks so big and full, very pretty. Love the color on White cap. My peonies did not do well at all this year, would have been a good spring for bloom too with less heavy rain & winds. I'm really not sure why fewer blooms, we had a freeze after warm weather, but I've had them come through fine before. Maybe next year will be extra nice. At least I can enjoy your beautiful photos, I'm sure your garden was/is stunning!

I did use a peony guard as support for Judge Snook, but its stems are stronger than many. So many blooms, and I did not disbud, so the stems had to support a lot. Amalia Olson has stronger stems. Just a bit of twine around the bush is adequate for Amalia.

Please find attached pics comparing White Cap v. Santa Fe. These peonies are planted side by side. There is very little difference. They both bloom about the same time and they look the same. They both have a smell, but I am having a difficult time confirming if the smell is the same.

are you sure the first picture you have are 'bowl of beauty' peonies? I have the same ones and i thought they were 'monsieur jules elie'.....now i'm confused.

Where do you buy your plants? Amazing! (Are you in OH too?)
