I'm wanting to remodel my kids bathroom which currently has a bathtub. The bathroom is small. I'm wanting to pull out the tub and put in a shower. The only real problem I see is that this is the only bathtub in the house except for the one in the master bath. I'm worried about resale. Any advice would be great!
