I have several bay window spaces where a center picture window is flanked by casements opening away from each other. That's what I would suggest for your trio.

That's what the builder suggested originally and I didn't know if that was normal or odd. Thank you!

We love being able to take in the view of the trees without window hardware or sashes getting in the way. And with both casements open, you can get some cross breeze. :)
