That looks like too much sun (sun-bleached leaves (lighter green/yellow areas), sunspots, and white patches on leaves). Alternatively, it could be cold damage (although, that doesn't seem likely this time of year).

I'd definitely take cuttings, just in case! But honestly, it doesn't look too bad!

The potting mix may also need to be changed. I know that it is an appropriate mix, and that many Floridians use it, but, I have found, in my climate, that mix just holds too much water. Perhaps this holds true, for your climate, as well.

The other plant in the pot looks very familiar. Will have to get back to you on it's ID (maybe pottsii of some type?).
