What colors would you recommend to paint this 1988 modern Florida home? We were thinking of warm white (cream?) and black window frames and diff. color doors (orangy brown?). We would like to clad the columns, as well as, the raised panel on the back wall, upside down "L", left of entrance, with whitish, thin stacked, manufactured stone. The cap on the top of the house could be black matching the window frames.

If we weren't using stone, we'd prob. paint the recessed walls a diff. color

We were thinking of using Behr Premium Plus Ultra Satin on the stucco.

How does Behr paint perform over time? It is supp. to have mildewcide. I wonder if it truly works over the years, since it's quite humid here. Thank you in advance!
