Hi! The house I bought last September came with a gorgeous PJM rhododendron. It has just finished blooming and now has lots of new growth right where the spent blossoms have fallen off. It looks like a nice healthy shrub, but I don't know if or when it's been pruned before. Should I prune it? If so, how and when? I am new to rhododendrons, so any advice would be much appreciated! If it helps, I am in Zone 4 (Vermont) and the PJM gets about 8 hours of sun every day. Thanks!!
