My boxwoods have leaf miners. I was planning on spraying them with neem oil (which I've never used) because it is safe but I read something about horticultural oil also working but perhaps being less safe? We are on well water. I've never used any sort of oil so can you please recommend which would be more effective, the best way to apply it, and how often? The leaf miners are like tiny mosquitos and they buzz about the plants. The leaves are blistered too. Thank you for your help!
