Spiral staircase

I am looking for a spiral stair that needs minimal access through the ceiling above. ?? i.e.: 36" x 36" square ? More or less.

    Hello Roadkill! You would need a 800mm diameter spiral staircase to fit in here. This is physically possible to make although would be more or less unusable due how small it would be. Let me know if you would like a cost.
