Maybe Ripple Effect? I have one that looks like that .

Mine is further along, but I would guess Ripple Effect also.

Too wide for 'Ripple Effect' I'd say, leaves not narrow enough to be that.

Looks like the backs are glaucous, so quite possibly something in the 'Fortunei' family, looks a little narrow to be 'Albopicta' but pictures later in the year as well as flower shots should go a long way towards solving the mystery... if it greens up later in the season I'm leaning towards 'Fortunei Albopicta'.
