My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This Blue Umbrella loves the rain! Though I'm disappointed it really isn't very blue. (Gallon jug for scale.)

And so does First Frost! (At least I think this is First Frost.) Gee, maybe I should have done some clean-up before I took this picture. :)
